You can burn things into them but it can be fixed and its unlikely happen !!!!Things like pausing video games or CSN tickers things that stay still on the screen !!!!Takes HOURS of non stop use as in never changing the channel...NFL RECORD 16-14-0 + 1UNITS

Plasma TVs have gotten a lot better...I've looked at review after review, and I've come to the conclusion that as far as picture quality, Panasonic is the best so one of these days, I'm gonna spring for the 50'' plasma HDTV...my friend has the 42'' Dell plasma HDTV, and believe it or not, the picture was sick (sick as in good for you ole' timers)...I couldn't believe Dell's tv was that awesome, but it was unbelievable...he flipped between HD and regular, and after seeing HD, I didn't wanna come home to my shitbox

Yeah they look great !!!!!!They used to be monitors which means you would have to purchase speakers seperate, now they are making TVS with speakers in them !!!!!This would be my only concern how they sound !!!!
