It might change tonight because this Pats team is NOwhere near as good as the previous Pats team. They are a banged up team. Their defense is very suspect.
I think too many sport fans and bettors live in the past.

I think the injuries catch up with NE tonight.
Yes, NE has had the right scheme for Manning and Co.,
but I think the personnel may be lacking 1 or 2 guys.
At 3 1/2 or 4, Vegas is screaming for us to take NE.
I'm up for the week, so I have a little more balls
to go with Indy.
Good Luck to You on your play

Definitely a good thread, I will share my amateur thoughts:
I agree that the colts D hasn't been tested yet, the teams they have played haven't been offensive juggernauts, for example look how fast the rams put up points on them before bulger is taken out. However, I still think they are improved on the defensive side of the ball, and the patriots offense, even at home on a sunday night, looked anemic. I don't think you can easily overlook how lame NE has looked on offense, either.
Yes, peyton has been around a while, but NO WAY would I call this guy a choke artist. I believe the more he has lost these big games (mostly to the patriots), the more of a fire is burning inside of him. That guy is smart as hell, a hell of a competitor, and the best at his position. What a combination! I fully believe peyton has been preparing himself for THIS GAME the entire season.
The other thing I think is that how many times do we talk around here about going against a streak in certain sports? I, for one, love to ride streaks in baseball, but not necessarily in football. The books are too smart for that and make lines for a reason. I LOVE bucking the trend of how many times the colts have lost consecutively ATS and SU to the patriots.
The Colts were installed at 3 point favorites, interesting. Now I see the line at 4.5 at some places, THAT is what scares me. Also, look at how many home dogs did not cover this week, and now you have the public jumping all over a road fav in the colts on MNF @ NE. That is scary. No way would I want to ride along with all these mofo's chasing money.
IMO, very tough game to call, I definitely side with the colts as I feel they are going to get it done tonight, but NO WAY would I lay the points at this point.Everybody dies, but not everyone lives.
