I totally agree...2002s SB doesn't mean shit at this point. As far as the Eagles, watching them this season, something just doesn't seem right...can't put my finger on it, but it seems like they've lost "it"...whatever the hell that is...lol.

This season might be a wash but this team as a whole is not done yet. Look at the Pats a few years back. Won 2 str8 SBs and then the following year didn't make the playoffs and obviously came back strong.

true...good thing both TB and Philly are in the NFC though this season it may take 10-6 to get in

Looks Like the Right Team Was Favored

I was wrong that Philly should have been favored tonight. They lost tonight because of this stupid idea that they need to run the ball more. They can't run block but they kept trying to run. 23 run attemps for a grand total of 45 yards. They kept ending up third and long after two short runs. It's like only having one down instead of three downs to get a first down. The only time they moved the ball, other than the very first drive, was the last drive when they had to throw instead of run. One thing I was right about was the high energy level they played at tonight, knowing they didn't have to wonder what dumb ass stunt T.O. would do next. Considering how often Philly went three and out, leaving their defense on the field a lot, I thought they played well enough to win. Nothing wrong with giving up just 17 points. Plenty wrong with averaging just 2.0 yards per rush.

I was proud of what they did before they took the field and impressed on their effort. Washington had 90,000 + fans there! That would be a tough win against anyone after their game with the Giants!

Hell, thats almost a Nascar crowd!
