Homer-Even worse is the perception that some have that the more money you pay a service, the better the information must be.
Just last night I received an email message from a service claiming that they had paid a lot of money from allegedly insider people in Vegas for last night's playoff baseball game and for me to make the largest wager of the season(after you bought the pick from them).
I wrote back to them and told them that if they really did pay a lot of money for a pick on last night's game(which I doubt), it was their problem and more importantly when you get to game 6 of a playoff series between two teams which have played each other multiple times during the season as well as the playoffs, NO ONE and I mean NO ONE knows any more about the outcome than someone who has followed baseball and the Cards and the Astros all year long;needless to say, they did not respond to my assertion.

Makes alot of sense. Deal with him is, he just started betting seriously after talking to me. I spread this gambling love to all my friends. But what I told him was that I was getting games with people from this site. (I should add I won a pretty good amount last year, which was my first year gambling, or as I put it investing) Anyway, he was intrigued and wanted to play..and play he did. But taking the time to research the games was not in his menu. He wanted plays thats it. And thats what he gets from those service sites. He started to fuck with Micheal cannon..he blew and lost money.

Then he either saw or heard about Brandon lane and swears by him. Last sunday he bought a half-day ( i think) package. 1 200 dime bet, 3 100 dime bets and I think 2 50 dime bets..something like that. He hit the 200 dime bet 1 100 dime bet and missed everything else. At the end of the day he came up short..I think about 100 dollars.
So what does he do buys again. But he hit this time. So he's up about 300 this week. He's fucken estatic. Funny thing is he probably spent 100 dollars for those games, so in actuallity he only won 200. Complete waste of time if you ask me, at least in my opinon. Anyway, thats why he swears by him. How can I tell him to stop getting those picks when it panned out for him? At the same time I dont want him to get burned. I know this week, he'll buy, put a shit load of money down and lose all of it. He tells me the picks that he boughgt but I know better to play those. (believe me, I did want to play'em..but thank god I didnt..wouldnt lost this week.)

It's very simple if someone can win gambling then why do they need to sell plays?

And if you're going to buy plays make sure they are monitored at least by 2 different monitoring services.

The funniest thing is when a service like Charlie claims to be betting $300K(and sometimes more) on a game and yet is begging on sites like this for hopefully a few people to send them $20 or so for the pick. Yeah right!!!
