  • Dear fellow capper

I've just seen movie "Two for Money" that almost everybody on this site is pissed about. Not too sure to make of it because I dont know the history behind it. Most people are calling stu feiner(?), Brandon, and Kevin all type of shit. I dont really mind it except I would like to know what the whole fucking scamdicapper shit is about. I know some of these 'scamdicapper' tells you to bet one way so they can change the line to their advantage. However, I want to know if this is the case. I only ask because, after watching the Movie my friend(although I told him not to) bought brandon lane picks and won. Now he swears by him. I dont want him to get burned so can you guys help me help him realize the true story behind all this shit? Also, it seems like you guys know these people in person or in personal level...

In all honesty, without knowing anything, I wasnt too impressived with the movie. Actually, it sucked.

If he bought Brandon Lane from big green machine I think it would be mistake. The guys has been on a long ass losing streak. Also on his site he says he's betting 10's of thousands of dollars on games such as 10 dime play, 100 dime play, and 300 dime play. If he is risking this much money on games why does he need the money from clients which is probably a very small comparison in the amount he says he is betting. In other words I think he is full of it.

That's what i don't understand. If thease so called "Great Cappers" or "scamdicappers" are soo good, then why go through all the work of trying to sell them and just bet them. Personally, that's what i would do, just bet them myself rather than try to get clients. Why waste my time trying to sell them. That's why i don't believe them.

I think one of the reasons (certainly not the only one) is that paid cappers have to pay taxes like everyone else.
If they do happen to win a lot of money gambling , have a nice lifestyle and some regular customers, they can declare that income and not have to worry as much about declaring how much they won gambling.
If they have no customers and win betting, they might have to declare more winnings than they ordinarily might have to without the paying customers.
If audited, you better have some pretty good excuses as to where you got your money and your ability to live well.
I know above is over simplified but is at least a plausible theory.

Also, thease guys claim they got "inside information". If i had "inside information" i would keep it to myself. I heard a story about a horse trainer that would recieve some inside information in his box at Santa Anita everyday. Of the hundreds on tips he got, about 2% of them hit. Expecially in horse racing, if u got info, why tell people? Makes your payouts less, cuts into your prize pool.

So, what I'm getting at is, everybody is pissed at them for lying about how much they say they are betting. Hardly the reason to get mad at someone isnt it? What am I missing? There has to be more. Did they burn someone (alot of you) on this site?

what pisses me off is the fact that they claim they are so good at capping but yet keep no documented records of their "so called" success. Brandon lane for example has been on BGM.net site for 2 years now. His record is well below 50%. If you were to pay for his services you'd have to go above 60% in winners just to break even. Basically what i'm saying is you CANNOT win. No disrespect to your friend but if he's telling you Brandon lane is a solid capper and he's won alot from him, he's LYING OUT HIS ASS. I can promise you he's not winning at all.

These services know gamblers are looking for an EDGE. Thats where they fool you and suck you in. They tell you their so good and have info and a LOCK. In reality they have just as much of a chance at winning a game as the average gambler does. Bottom line is, if you use a service your gonna lose in the long run no matter what. This may sound mean but, if you cant cap your own games or ask for free advice you shouldnt be wasting your time betting on sports. You get back what you put into it.

tell your friend to meet us out in vegas, we'll slap some sense into him.

i don't feel bad for anyone that buys service picks and gets their asses handed to them, if they've been told that they're all scam artists.

i think everyone on this board at one point or another was involved with a service and got crushed

I personally have never paid for a play in my life. My opinion is. I will use my money on the games and not on a service. I know I can do just as well if not better myself and from people on this forum.

Paying a service would only take away from my own bankroll that I have to play the games

That is my opinion so take it for what it is worth.

i tried those clowns on advice from a buddy about 4 or 5 years ago. and the first couple weeks they started out fine, then it just went to shit. they wanted us to take games for 3 times as much, pay them twice as more, it was horrible. Ever since then i've capped my own games, and have done just fine.

The important thing is RJ you were smart and stop playing the service. A Lot of people out there. Just continue to pay them and feel they will win in the long run. Those Big Service would give a fuck less about you or I. They just want you credit card to hand them money. And that is the bottom line.
