Question to the board about an NFL line this week????

Anyone know why the Redskins line is so high? I see anywhere from -11.5 to -13.

Is San Francisco just THAT bad? Because I've seen Washington play, and they're not THAT great.

Washington has played Denver and KC tough these past couple of weeks, and yes the 49ers are bad like you mentioned. I think Washington rolls by at least 2 td's but I suck in the nfl.

SF is bad. With a rookie QB against a good D. I wouldn't lay that many though. I wouldn't take the 49ers either!

well, i'm taking Washington in a survivor poll i am in. Started with over 500 people, and is down to 82. Over 200 were knocked out week 1!!!!

Just was looking at the lines to see who i wanted to take and thought that line was rediculously high. As long as they win by 1, I'm happy!!!!

hahahaha even with thier other qb they couldnt get the ball past the fifty yard line of arizona...... sf might be worse than houston but it would be a hell of a toilet bowl game match

SF was a 13 pt dog vs. Philly and got rolled. They were also a 17pt dog vs. Indy and got smoked. Wash should do the same this week.

Not sure I can give you specifics RJ, but I ran numbers and I have Wash as a 22 pt FAV...YES, that may sound ODD/CRAZY...but I also had this kind of line on Indy MNF...so it worked that night...BTW, it has Indy again as a 20+ FAV vs Houston...

My calculations are all stat driven, so I believe in them.

IMO, SF is that bad + they are on the road...Vegas has to put a realistic line out that won't scare too many people one way or another...if you look at early indications of lines moving up for Wash & Indy, I'd say the public is certainly on board w/ blow outs in these games...it's the NFL, so nothing is a given, but these 2 games should be DD wins by FAVS...question is, is it by 2 TD's or 4 TD's...LOL

This one only pays $60. It is with a few guys from work just for fun. Only 4 left out of 12. I wish it was 5K!
