My personal favorite was 1998 Robin Ventura's Grand Slam Single that led the METS to a game 5 win over the braves in the bottom of the 9th. (mets went on to lose the next game and get eliminated)

This was one of my 2 worst gambling losses of all time, as I had the over in the game, went to bed thinking it was a winner, and finding out the next day he only made it to 2nd base. Seriously....I.....can't...............talk....... .........about.............it..................... ......

He didn't even make it to 2nd base, more importantly only 1 run came across home plate. I feel with u, i had the over myself and didn't realize the score till the next day. Luckyily, i had the Mets that game.

I still think that Kirk Gibson's HR in the World Series when he crawled to the plate was the greatest of all time (at least my lifetime). However, that HR by Pujols last night was amazing. EVERYBODY thought it was over heading into the 9th. How silly does Berkman being player of the game sound now??

I'm a Met fan. I agree Gibson's homer was one of the most dramatic.

Mine would have to be Casey Stengals inside the park home run on Oct. 10 1923 to win the world series. I'll never forget it coz it was my 21st birthday and finally got to buy beer at the park.

It was before my time but Carlton Fisk's "waving it fair" in 75' in game 6 before Boston eventually fell to the Big Red Machine was pretty sweet too!
