What a roller coaster. 6-0 from Saturday through Monday, 1-4 and ugly since then. We have not taken any stupid pills of late, and the resources we have used to handicap and make a profit this season are the things we have used the last two days, but obviously things are not going our way. Let's hope things get back on track today, and since we have stunk up the joint the last two days today's full card is free.

Padres are admittedly in a June slump, but we do not see the Indians getting the sweep at PetCo, where the Friars have been so good this season. Westbrook has a road ERA of 6.29 and a 1-5 away record while Eaton is 5-0 with a 2..87 at PetCo this year. This stays a 1* due to the streaks both teams are on, but San Diego should win this one...Twins come in with the fresher bullpen after last night's game while the Diamondbacks pitchers have allowed 19 runs in the last two games. Minnesota has the starting pitcher edge in current form (Lohse 2.66 vs 5.40 for Vazquez) and location edge (3.62 away for Lohse vs 6.42 home for Vazquez). Also, Vazquez posted a 7.36 ERA against Minnesota last season. Wrong team favored...After a tremendous season last year, Jose Lima is getting hit and hit hard this year. He brings in a 8.39 full season ERA that goes up to 9.88 on the road and actually balloons even higher than that of late, as he has a 10.66 ERA in his last three outings. For his part, Lowry has a 5.57 ERA on the year & Kansas City is actually in its best rpg category of the season here are they are getting 4.75rpg away vs lefties this year. Finally, Lima has a 5.28 career ERA vs the Giants & we see this one ending in double digits.
