About ten years later I'm back. Older! Wiser! My kids are older. My salary has tripled while my unit wager is about 25% of what it was. I do this for fun. For the first time I'm successful at it. Why? I bet well within my means. When I lose a game most of the time I don't care. It's done and over. I can't change the results of the game. You cap games more open-minded when you're not risking the rent. There's no doubt I'm a much better capper and sport bettor now.

As many know I don't watch the games I bet. Most nights I either check the scores late at night or in the morning. That also makes me a better capper. I'm not allowing past results, good or bad play a role in capping. I love capping the NBA. I HATE the sport. I hate watching it.
Frank Thanks And as i said before im gonna cut it down after today just give me today. Thanks ALL

      Good Luck Today, Charlie.
Not Sure I Read It Some Where In Here That You Are About 21 ( Oh, I Know Most Of The Folks I Here Would Trade Anything To Be 21 Again, Lol) And With All The Recent Winnings, You Took All The Suggestions Like A Man.
I Commend You For That Instead Of The : Who Are You Guys To Tell Me What To Do??? Myob Stuffs??? It Shows That You Are Way Matured Beyond Your Age. I Bet You Will Be Succeed In Life.
Best Of Luck Today; Hope You Win All Your Bets.

Frank, I did the same thing. I was playing $5,000 to $10,000 a game and was borrowing $$$ from anyone that would give me some!! I now play no more than 10% of my banroll on any given play!! I still can't believe my wife is still married to me, after all I put her through!!

        Good luck Jr!!

NEVER bet enough so that you have to borrow from strangers to pay your debt!!!

I agree Frank - and thanks for sharing. Even if my capping skills continues to improve- I will not bet 'over' the 1/3 of a stack of chips I have on the table. this is the mindset that I believe works. Most of the time, it will be less. My pod is much improved after going 0-5 to now 23-15. I feel rested and have more fun.

LSU, I agree. Charlie took it like a man. No excuses! No rebuttals! He's a classy guy. There's no doubt in my mind with that character he'll be successful in anything he does in his life.
