          People bring up Tony Soprano as being a great handicapper. He rarely bet on dogs in baseball - he almost exclusively bet favorites in baseball, routinely laying -150 or -160 chalk. And he was definitely one of the best mlb handicappers on this site when he was posting.

            you can take a -160 favorite, just not a lot of them. you will lose in the long run. If you remember correctly, Tony only bet 1 game a day. He was just good at picking the -150 game that was going to win.
