I know the Bruins have been playing well of late, but they certainly don’t like the surroundings at Haas Pavilion as they’re 2-5 SU and 1-6 ATS in their last seven visits to Berkley. They also apparently don’t know what to make of California’s zone defense as UCLA missed 22 of its first 24 three-pointer in a 13-point home loss to California on January 22. I’m also not crazy about a team that doesn’t protect the basketball as the Bruins are ninth in the Pac-10 in turnover margin.
Cal is playing its first game in four at home tonight. They had won and covered four of their last five prior to being ambushed at Stanford last weekend when leading scorer Richard Midgley was 1-for-11 from the floor. Cal and Midgely will bounce back this evening.
Cal is ranked second in the conference in scoring defense and field goal defense. I love teams at home that focus more on defense than offense because road teams are already not comfortable with the goal, court, crowd, etc. Throw a frustrating defense at them and it spells meltdown.
Cal will rebound from Saturday’s setback and celebrate with a win and cover tonight.

Rip:
I've been ripping (no pun) ATS Consultans myself, however, they have been winning last several days. My belief is they are trying to take a shot and make up for their recent losses...only way they can try anhd improve their record.
