Northcoast Comp. Line-3* from Signature Sports on Duke(their only play for today).
Phil did mention the disaster that Great Lakes suffered yesterday losing all of their plays including the GOY on Iowa;I would say that all customers of that service are swimming in a "Great Lake" of red ink today.
Actually, Phil glossed over GLS disasterous day by saying that they lost their GOY and had a losing day overall. He did NOT say that they lost all their plays!! But that is typical of Phil. He minimizes losses and maximizes winners! He is becoming more a marketeer than a handicapper. I think he borders on deception, because he never gives any YTD records unless they are favorable. He doctors all statistics to sound good, or he gives none at all. I have lost a lot of respect for him this year.
Heleanth-I agree with you 1000%. I just called back and Phil said they(Great Lakes) had a losing day but did NOT say 0-5.
Northcoast showed their true colors at the beginning of the football season with their alliance with Royal Sports.
As I have always said, Phil would make a GREAT used car salesman and could make a Car of the Year pitch out of a beat up 1972 Pinto with 456000 miles on it.
PS The Northcoast Basketball Comp. Line has a 3* from Triple Crap eh Crown on DENVER against N. texas.
They're all the same. I saw on PPP's site how is is stating he is 10 and 3 the last 2 days. He does not mention he was 0 for on Monday and that he lost both his 6% and 5% last night. I have a funny feeling that if he went 2 and 5 last night and he had won his top 2 plays, he would have been mentioning how great his "top plays" have been doing.
Big John-the most laughable one is Godspicks, saying they are the leader since 1983-no documentation(because they have none);they just hope some sucker will believe it and pay for their picks, which in my estimation are very mediocre over time;they have winning streaks and brag about it, but so does everyone.
There are VERY few paid services which will justify their costs over time if someone is dumb enough to pay for an extended period of time-not one day or a week as anyone can get lucky-I am talking months and years.

I just want to let you know, these guys lie about their records. Not just saying that because of competition, but they did not go 5-2 last night. Last night, they had their record as 69-37-5, but they went 4-3. I have noticed this several times, and its about time I told some of you. GL
