Hey Kapt...Love to be on the ship although the bases are the worst of all sports for me.
Maybe I'll just ride along......although I could do a little cooking in the kitchen....alittle Gumbo, etouff'ee, jambalaya, or something else to suit the Kapt culinary delights. learned the art from the masters themselves.

Are you originaly from the Bayous, or lived there...Where did you learn the art of Cajun Cooking....Doesn't matter my man how you pick bases, this crew will be loaded with some damn good "Cappers"...give the Kapt a lil about your background...


We are loaded with Italianos--couple Cajuns--Greeks--Slovonians--German--Irish--Asian--Espanol--and I'm sure some "Heinz 57's" are in there...Be glad to have you....kapt

Kapt, my family is from the northernpart of the state, Monroe and the area, I graduated from Louisiana Tech University. About half of my frat house was from the Cajun land....New Iberia, Houma, Chalmette, Amite, Gonzales(sp). I spent just about every other weekend down in the southern part of the state. My roommates parents owned a restraunt about 45 minutes south of Baton Rouge. I learned to cook from his grandmother and mother. The first time I went down with him I was hooked, both on eating the food but also in cooking. I have been doing so for about 20 years now and still dream about opening up a small place. But, hell, I already sold one business I just can;t get worked up to put in that type of work since I am enjoying life now.

Thats some strong credentials for a man trying to get on a Cajun Kaptains crew....consider it done...welcome aboard mate...we'll have to figure what you're good at (maybe help in Kitchen--so the Kapt can have some Cajun Food), or tell me what it is you do...
