Pats will win big in this one. Eagles rolled thru a very weak NFC. It did not prepare them to play a team as focused as the Pats. Pats playing with a chip on their shoulder since they feel the public doesn't give them the respect they deserve. I'll take Belicheck with 2 weeks to prepare over anyone in the business! If T.O. plays, I think he becomes more of a distraction as McNabb will look to keep him happy & forget about the receivers who got him here. I also think that the Eagles are just happy to finally be there. The experience of the Pats & the 1st time for the Eagles experiencing the "hype" makes this game a rout. I see the line going UP! GL on whatever you play!

      Super Bowl Line

New England was -3 at Pittsburgh meaning they would have been -9 or -10 had the game been played in Foxboro and we all saw what happened .

New England -7 vs. Philly on neutral ground meaning they would would be -10 or -10 1/2 in Foxboro.

This line is very strong and it represents a temptation to take the 7 and be more comfortable than laying the spot.

I love New England ... they torched Ben and they'll do the same to Donovan. Apparently the linesmaker feels the same way.

The game will be won long before it's even played . Bellichek is the supreme general.

I'm buying the quality team of the decade here and will bump on gameday if the majority is on Philly.

      Good luck Everyone

I think the Eagles are the ones with the chip on their shoulder. Nobody gave them a shot after TO went down. Now that they won without him everybody blames the poor conference. At the moment most seem to be calling for a New England romp. I think NE began getting plenty of respect after they beat Indy, which became apparent when they were a road fav against Pitt. The world loves the Pats right now and the Eagles are the ones with something to prove. I don't know if this translates into a win or a cover but the "us versus the world" motivational edge clearly belongs to the birds...

can't argue with you on backing the pats they have been on unreal roll 32 -2 su run is unreal!!! but i will argue with you when you mention big ben and D-MAC together ...no qb who has thrown for 30 plus td's and has had fewer ints (8) then donovan in nfl history!!! he will not make the same rookie mistakes big ben made.. he's the best dual threat in the league and he will make plays in this game both running and throwing...

T.O. won't play, and it wouldn't matter anyway, take New England and lay the 6.5.

Owens will play and the Eagles will win.
                2010: 23-12 +37.8
                2011: 4-0 + 20
                09-11 5*s and up: 34-7

I respect your disagreement, but even if Owens could walk without the limp he has right now, he'd be the dumbest player in the history of sports to risk his career for one game. This is what will happen, all week, the Eagles will act like T.O. will play and he may even suit up, but he won't step foot on the playing field.

The injury will be 7 seven weeks old on super bowl sunday. He will play a limited role. I still think they will win with or without him. Westbrook is most important weapon the eagles have anyway.

If Philly wins I'll tip my hat, and say, how the $#%@ did that happen, but if New England wins, I'll say, of course they did. They have the better coach, the better team, and the experience. I gamble to make money, so obvisously I'm playing New England.

I'm a huge Eagles fan but you can't take away what NE has done. Two Super Bowls and that win streaks - how often do you see that? The Eagles haven't done either so I don't blame people who think NE will beat the Eagles. Until the Eagles can beat NE, talk is just that - talk. Whether the Eagles have a chance or not, I'm sure they will play their best & I'll be cheering for them.

TO will play about 15 plays but not be a factor.

                              Eagles will win 27-24.

                              McNabb MVP.
