The Atlanta Hawks, what can you say, what a franchise. The Clippers have a much longer term history of failure, but at least some people were curious enough to go take a look. The only thing Atlanta has to sell is the opponent. The Bulls are playing very good basketball and will likely be a playoff contender in the Eastern Conference. The Bulls had their 7-game losing streak stopped by the Celtics, yet have shown a propensity to bounce back all year with a 11-2 ATS after a game where they failed to cover the spread this season. The Hawks are just plain miserable and are 4-12 ATS on the road. Fairly large number, considering the Bulls recent past, yet impossible not to realize how brutal the Hawks actually are.
