    Illjaunt

    Illjaunt -

IMO there is no finer NBA handicapper than Frankb ( I know first hand ... we work closely every day ) and John ( EZ Winners ) is VERY good at every sport.

However sometimes we need to take a stand. If the game loses at least it's our very own and we can live with that. What if it wins and we were influenced out of it --- well that's a bitter pill to swallow - lots of kicking ourselves in the ass the next day.

If you like them enough to make it a GOY trust your instincts.

I'm on San Antonio tonight and I like them a lot. Will post them as one of my plays in " Thursday Basketball " My record is 12-5.

The Spurs are 24-6 away without rest vs. a rested team including 2-1 this season.

That's only 1 of the reasons I'm on them.

Best of Luck with whatever you decide.

PS Again, no disrespect to my partner Frank and my friend John ... I have the HIGHEST regard for their ability.

post to everyone as your game of the year, and then back out completly? what is that? I wasn't on it either way but figured it for a loser so I personally don't care but I'm sure you misled plenty of rookies on here. I'm a rookie myself but try not to use GOY so lightly man.

I played Rockets, but I was heming and hawing. We all got a mind of or own, but those are pretty big words to be tossing around and means alot to some people. Not busting your balls, cause I am sure ya feel bad enough and I feel for ya.but I am sure there were some who bit the bullet and played it not knowing ya pulled the plug on the game. Get um next time bro.

in illjaunt's defense, he can call his games what ever he wants and if he changes his mind well before the game went off then that is fine too. getting wrapped up in GOYs in the quick way to destroying one's bankroll. nobody should follow blindly just b/c someone has a goy. good luck guys and you will get them next time illjaunt! :D

I agree Tony. Guys, professional gamblers NEVER bet more than 2% of their bankroll on any 1 game. I suggest everyone else here follows that. Nothing is a L.O.C.K., that's why they play the game.

This thread is exactly why I never post a GOY. Not because I dont feel strongly towards a game. The reason is I dont want to have people get pissed off at me if the game doesnt hit or something comes up and i change my mind. IMO nothing is a lock, if there was such a thing I'd be off sailing in a yacht in the south pacific by now after betting my life savings on it. What I'm saying is every selection is just one persons opinion. Regardless of how good of a capper they are. Illjaunt did the right thing. He backed off a game he didnt like after his original decision. Its too bad that some dont applaud your honesty.

I have to say thanks to the people who defended me but I should have stayed with my goy. I am sorry to all the rookies on this site I hope you didn't lose too much. I have learned over the last 10 years that if a game moves the line 3-5 points to stay off. I did and I'm gald I did! Again sorry to all the people that followed my play. I will start posting my plays to try and help you get back. There are some great cappers on this site Lovedoc, Frank, Kmann, EZ, Wayne, Rjeremy, Tony Vegas, 10dimebry, coverboy, Bc, and many more. Follow those guys and you will do better than most services.

Don't apologize for backing off a play. At least you you came back and posted such. I'm certain most scamdicappers would not tell their customers they are backing off a play

                            RJ, I AGREE!!!

Almost all of my wagers are 2%. A few times a month I'll make a 5% play.

This is a very important lesson to learn. A lesson most players ignore.
