Great Lakes plays are marketed through Phil Steele's Northcoast operation. I don't know if they sell them anyplace else. i haven't really followed them but I do know they are not scamdicappers. They only go as high as 5* plays and don't hype zillions of games of the year and such. They are monitored by the Sports Monitor of Oklahoma so that website may give some indication of their level of success.
