-- All records will be documented at National Sports Monitor (*********.com)

-- NEXT UPDATE will be sent before 6:00am Pacific on Wednesday, August 5th.

    Season record: 193-199 - 22.06 UNITS

    Five plays for Wednesday:

    MIL (DAVIS) -120 over NYM (Trachsel) - 1 UNIT - 5:05pm Pacific
Both Davis and Trachsel have a big difference in their home/road splits. Both pitchers are very good at home and very unimpressive on the road. Davis is at home in this one, and the Mets have problems with lefties. Davis threw a gem his last time out, and he should continue to pitch well, given his home numbers, Trachsel's road numbers, and the Mets' numbers against lefties.

    CIN (ACEVEDO) +153 over SF (Tomko) - 1 UNIT - 7:05pm Pacific
Acevedo has been mired in a bad stretch, but the root of his problems has been the long ball. Otherwise, his underlying numbers have remained good. SBC park should mask his weakness. Tomko has very average stuff, and for the Giants to be this big of a favorite with him on the mound, I think this is pretty good value.

    OAK (HARDEN) +134 over NYY (Loaiza) - 1 UNIT - 4:05pm Pacific
Last season seems more and more like a fluke for Loazia. His control, HR/9, and dominance have all fallen to pre-2003 levels. What stands out is his HR/9, as he's been giving up a lot of dingers this year. Oakland is very proficient at the long ball, so they should match up well against Loaiza.

    OVER 9.5 OAK (HARDEN)/NYY (LOAIZA) -108 - 1 UNIT - 4:05pm Pacific

    BOS (ARROYO) -143 over TB (Halama) - 1 UNIT - 4:05pm Pacific
Arroyo has been very impressive lately. He hasn't given up a walk in his last two starts, and his strikeout rate has been stellar. He definitely has the stuff to be very successful, and with that offense behind him, he should be a safe bet to earn a

Pittsburgh Pirates at Los Angeles Dodgers
              Wednesday, August 4, 2004 10:05 P.M. EDT EST

Heading into last night's game the Pirates had a 23-28 road record. When facing a team with a winning record the Pirates are 35-41. The Dodgers are 32-19 at home and in the second half of the season LA is 10-3 versus teams with a losing record. The Pirates are only 3-7 when Fogg starts on the road while LA is 8-1 when Lima starts at home. Play on the Dodgers.
Good Luck - Jimmy the Moose.

Vegas Experts Tip of the Day

Cleveland Indians at Toronto Blue Jays, Wednesday, August 4, 2004, 7:05 P.M. EDT EST

Westbrook has pitched well for the Indians this season but he doesn't do very well in this role as he has a 1-7 team start record when the line is from +$1.25 to -$1.25. Towers has been a late season pitcher as he's posted an 11-1 team start record in the second half of the season over the last three years. Look for Towers to out pitch Westbrook tonight in Toronto.

08.04.04 BLUE JAYS (TOWERS) -115 over Indians (Westbrook)

Even when giving a solid effort, as Elarton did last night in his best road start of the year, at some point the Jays will get to tee off versus the Indians kerosene bullpen. Josh Towers is putting together some strong numbers lately and Jake Westbrook is not at his peak. The Indians, and Westbrook, are real comers, but are at least a year away from being "ready for prime time" and the party is over. We really can't look for much more on the road from this rebuilding club

                        FACTSMAN PLAY

THIS GUY HAS BEEN ON FIRRRRRRE

Yankee total went over just as yesterdays breakdown in my post showed you why it went over in the 4th inning
Betting baseball successfully is all about versatility.and finding the spots…. and leaving human emotion and what we perceive to what should happen and what will happen in making the right calls

WEDNESDAY…. we will stay in the yankee oakland game tonight but with a twist
                        YANKEES-A’S WILL GO UNDER 9.5 ………..THAT IS A FACT

Now you guys are saying facts if we bet over last night with a the al cy young pitcher
And win it and win in easily why would we play under tonight ?

WELL……LOAIZA MAKES HIS YANKEE DEBUT AND HE WILL GET PLENTY OF FAN SUPPORT AND SHOULD BE UP FOR THIS GAME. I LIKE THE FACT WHEN LOAIZA IS ON HE INDUCES A LOT OF GROUND BALL OUTS HE IS REAL TOUGH WHEN AHEAD IN THE COUNT AND I EXPECT HIM TO GET SOME BORDER LINE STRIKES TO GO HIS WAY…UMPIRES GET SWAYED BY CROWD NOISE ESPECIALLY WITH 2 STRIKES LOAIZA EVEN WHEN HE IS NOT ON HIS GAME NEVER GETS POUNDED……..AT WORST HE MAY GIVE UP 3 RUNS HERE
NOW HARDEN FOR THE A”S IS A YANKEE NIGHTMARE . HE THROWS STRIKES AND U DON’T TAKE HIM DEEP ONLY 9 HRS IN 119 INNINGS WITH 111 STRIKE OUTS HE THROWS A 97 PLUS FAST BALL THAT HANDCUFFS RIGHT HANDERS…..SO JETER,AROD,SHEFF,BERNIE, POSADA.CLARK
SHOULD HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS KID.
REMEMBER THE YANKEES LEAD THE LEAD IN WALKS AND HOME RUNS
SO IF YOU GET A PITCHER WHO HAS GOOD COMMAND AND DOESN’T WALK MANY AND ISNT SUBJECTED TO GIVING UP THE LONG BALLS
THE YANKEES BECOME JUST A AVERAGE HITTING TEAM.
FIRST TEAM TO SCORE 4 WINS THIS GAME I DON’T SEE 6 RUNS TOTAL
FOR THE WHOLE GAME……….THIS GAME IS EASY

FOR THE NEW GUYS WHO JOINED THE FACTS FAMAILY LAST NIGHT
OUT OF THE GATES WINNING 3 OUT OF 4………THAT WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT
AFTER TODAY THE PROGRAM I OFFERED TO THE GUYS WILL END AS
THE FOOTBALL SEASON IS A FEW DAYS AWAY AND I WILL BE STRICTLY CONCENTRATING ON MY POSTS HERE AND DELIVERING THE FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL TO MY GUYS.
I WILL BE GONE FROM FRI- SUN BUT I WILL WORK ON GETTING ONE OF THE GUYS TO POST MY GAME FOR FRI-SAT –SUN…
                        U GOT A HUNCH BET A BUNCH
                        THINK LONG THINK WRONG

                        ROLLLLLLLLLL TIDEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
                        BAMA BAMA BAMA

Probably not his first divorce, or his first day in a courtroom for that matter. I'll take a wild stab and say we'll probably all be getting our share of these annoying calls over the next month!
