Seattle and Anaheim Over 9 -110
People think that Seattle at home always plays under. Not so recently. In the last 11 games at Safeco, Seattle has gone over 9 times. Seattle for the year is a .500 team with the over that's because they have gone over 7 of the last 8. Anaheim has been a good over all year. Anaheim has hit lefties well all year. Anaheim hitting .304 against lefties in their last 10. Villone is a reliever that is being pressed into the starting role for the Mariners. Sele has a great record but look further and recently in his last three he has lost something. He has a 6.51 ERA in his last three. Mariners bats have come alive.

9.5 H/W ratio in his last two starts. Both of those starts were
against the Tigers, a team that is 13-26 vs. southpaws. Today's
opponent is 11-21 against lefties averaging 1.7 RPG fewer than
vs. righthanders. Sidney Ponson is 4-12 with a 6.13 ERA and he's
4-9 at night with a 5.61 ERA and a .306 BAA.
