Explanation: Todays starting pitcher for the Marlins Brad Penny has faired well against the Expos in the past, and over his career has compiled a 11-3 lifetime record and a 2.19 ERA. Penny is 1-1 with a 1.80 ERA against Les Expos during his current pitching campaign and has allowing just 3 runs in his L15 innings of work against them . The Marlins are 4-1 in Pennys last 5 starts vs Montreal. Note: Penny has been in his best form while on the road in 2004 posting a stingy 2.98 ERA. Armas the Expos pitcher has also been in good form since returning form the DL but has been suffering a case of run support from his light hitting teammates. The Expos starter has been backed with a measly 1.3 rpg over his L3 outings..The Expos are just 3-7 in the right handers L10 starts dating back to last season. Bottom line: The Marlins starter Penny has dominated the Expos in the past while his pitching opponent from the Expos Armas despite supplying stability on the mound has had very little offensive support .It must also be noted that the Marlins have won 8 of the L9 meetings in this series and shut Montreal out in four consecutive meetings.Play on Penny and the Marlins (moneyline)

I've been right far more often than not during the Pirates recent streaks
of 4-19 and their current streak of 17-6 (15-2 if not playing the Expos)! A

has been Perez who leads the majors in K's/ 9 ip. He has a 3.14 era

with a 1.29 era in recent 21IP. Acevedo has been a big disappointment
for the over achieving Reds with era's of more than 5.75 across the
board. Solid play on the Pirates with two teams heading in opposite

And here come the Yanks as a +160 Dog...I dont care who is pitching..I'm bettin the shit out of NY...and will press them all the way in this series.

Yanks took it in the ass early on vs these guys...But, swept them last time out and I look for a another statement tonight against their best thrower and thru the weekend.
