here are the documented records of the cappers you want:

Rocketman: +12.34 and 49.51%

Langdon: +1.48 and 47.65%

There are some other cappers out there with better records now, that you may want to follow. At least these cappers are monitored, though. There are a lot on here that are fly-by-night operations.

I am not going to give you any recommendations because then I'll get accused of shilling but it's very easy to find out who's doing well (hint: monitors).
