We'll come back with the Cubs in the rubber match of this
series, against a Cardinals team that has been losing
money at Busch Stadium all year (-$575). Matt Clement
has improved greatly (3.08 ERA) and despite last night's
defeat, Chicago is still 18-12 (+$580) against righties on the
road. With two evenly matched division rivals, we'll stick with
the hot team getting an underdog price.

Atlanta (Hampton) vs Florida (Willis) -159



Willis had a bad game in his last outing that I'll dismiss as just a bad day. Up until his last start, Willis had an ERA of 1.55 in his previous four starts. He has only allowed more than three runs in five games overall this season. Against the Braves, Willis is 2-0 in three starts. The only Atlanta hitters with more than two hits against Willis are Julio Franco and Mark DeRosa. Atlanta has only managed three runs in the first two games of this series and have really gone down hill. Mike Hampton hasn't pitched bad for the Braves lately, yet they are still just 2-8 in his last 10 starts. Against the Marlins, Hampton has an ERA of 6.87 in his last six meetings. Key Marlins have good numbers against Hampton. Florida's hitting is starting to come back around. I like them to sweep.



Take the Marlins
