    Spark

Is that what he's calling it ... really ? The GAME of a LIFETIME .... just when you think this BUFFOON can't stoop any lower ... he lowers the bar even further .

His next con will be " The Game of all Past Present and Future "

Will probably pass or fade that one also.

I'll laugh my ass off if Detroit wins straight up .

Winning Points 4-0 last 4 hoops

CINCINNATI (Harang) +170 over HOUSTON (Clemens)

We'll look to cash a big underdog ticket as the tenacious
Reds look to knock off Roger Clemens & Co. The Reds
are a hot team right now (7-3, +$600 last 10 days) and
they've been very profitable against righthanded opposition
so far in 2004 (17-12, +$955). Clemens has been tough,
but has surrendered significantly more runs in his two road
starts this year (3.70 ERA in 12+ innings) and the Astros have
faded somewhat in recent days (4-6, -$675 last 10) . If Aaron
Harang (+$295) can string together some quality innings,
the home underdog is very much alive.

for all the ones that laughed at the WP humor, they were right on almost predicting the exact score! here's a llittle saturday humor from the boys on the east side of nyc:

                Detroit over Indiana* by 4
The Pacers have too many guys seeing significant
minutes who never went to college, or left very
early. It's like in the business world: You can only go
so far withtout the college experience behind you.

Kids like Jermaine O'Neal and Al Harrington are up
against it now, and Ron Artest -- Mr. Motherchucking
Hothead -- can't settle them down when the situation
                gets rocky out there.

Detroit canned Rick Carlisle after last season, and
Carlisle became head coach of Indiana so that Detroit's
replacement for him -- Larry Brown -- could come to town
and yank his drawers down. The Pacers just won two playoff
series against teams that really didn't belong in the
post-season. Their best effort in the second-round series
vs. Miami was a cover by a scant 1.5 points, in Game 1.
That was six games ago. They're on a decline. DETROIT, 84-80.

                          LINECRUSHER

                          Plays for Saturday, May 22nd
                          12:30 Eastern Update

                          2*Florida/Penny -1.5 runs +110 over Arizona/Sparks ($200 to win $220)
Arizona is 8-11 road, 16-25 overall and 1-5 behind Sparks. The opposition has scored 6 or more total runs in 4 of Sparks 6 starts while the opposition has scored 4 or less total runs in 7 of Penny's 8 starts and 3 or less total runs in 6 of his 8 starts. Over the last 1+ seasons Florida is 7-1 in Penny's last 8 home starts.

                          2*Oakland/Zito -1.5 runs even over Kansas City/Greinke ($200 to win $200)
Greinke is making his 1st start and for the most part the Royals have been pathetic so far this season going 5-16 road, 13-26 overall and are losers in 14 of their last 20 games. The A's are on a roll going 11-3 their last 14 games and over the last 4+ seasons Oakland is 42-19 at home behind Zito. The opposition has scored 4 or less total runs in 2 of Zito's 3 home starts this season and 4 or less total runs in 5 of his 8 starts. Over the last 1+ seasons the opposition has scored 4 or less total runs in 14 of Zito's 18 home starts and 4 or less total runs in 31 of Zito's 43 starts.

                          6:00 Eastern Update
                          Check back

                          8:05 Eastern
                          Indiana over Detroit
1 days rest for the Pistons who last played Thursday night closing out the Nets in 7 games while the Pacers have 3 days rest closing out the Heat in 6 games and more importantly, snapping Miami's 18 game home winning streak to end that series. The Pacers had the best record in the NBA this season, are 39-7 at home, 5-0 home in the playoffs, have won 13 straight home games and who knows Detroit better than Carlisle who was the Pistons head coach the previous two seasons. Should be a close game but the percentages are with the Pacers at HOME in game #1 to get the win and CASH$$$. Home teams for the most part are dominating the playoffs thus far going 48-18 and Indiana has two extra prep days.
