    You said Spurs had an easy series in the first round.
    This is true, but don't forget Memphis took season series with Spurs and then got swept in playoffs;that in itself should tell you something about San Antonio.
    I may be wrong, but personally I think they will repeat as champions, and at 4.5 to 1 odds against doing it, I thought it was a good bet.
    Time will tell.

      I agree with you here. The Lakers are very overrated. Vegas inflates the line because they are 'America's' team.

        IMO Memphis is a much better team than Houston. The Lakers had a tough series against a mediocre Houston team. The Spurs demolished Memphis.

          Frank-as usual you are right on.
          ps How has "Loser" Lawrence been doing of late?
          Also, when we refer to "Loser" Lawrence,are we referring to original or his son(doesn't latter go by name of Cinn. Kid?) or maybe both of them.
          Which one is better or more appropriately, which one, father or son, is worse? Just curious.
