HERES THE QUOTE FROM MILLENIUM AND OTHERS I PASTED IT FOR THIS FORUM .We pay full track odds on triple crown races and/or the Breeders Cup Classic.

In odds posted for the Triple Crown, if a horse doesn't run or is scratched the bet will be considered a loss. We also take Harness Races but only on Meadowlands.

All bets are based on a $2 ticket.

Perhaps you misunderstood.
I called WWTS , and they told me that if a horse was scratched for a particular race, it was considered a no bet.
HOWEVER, they said if I had a future bet (e.g. Triple Crown for example), and a horse was scratched for a particular race, THEN that bet would be considered a loss.
Perhaps above is where problem lies.
