After watching Smarty Jones' impressive victory in the Arakansas Derby, there is no doubt in my mind that this horse is for real. This sleek chestnut colt is a perfect 6 for 6 in his career and does not know how to lose . The kick against him by many so called expert horse prognosticators is that he has not faced any real stiff competition during his young career and that the Derbys mile and quarter race might be to much for him to handle. We will all see for ourselves this Saturday. Bottom line: Never bet against a winning streak and follow it until it goes bust -- Smarty Jones 6-0 run qualifies.
