Friday NBA Opinion
L.A. LAKERS (-6 ½) 103 Minnesota 91
The Lakers’ 115-91 win over Sacramento on Wednesday is a buy sign on them for this game, as they qualify in a solid 180-96-7 ATS home favorite momentum situation that is based on that comfortable victory. However, the Lakers appear to be a bit overrated by the public, as I favor the Lakers by 5 points and the oddsmakers opened the line at -5 points. The public has bet the game up to -6 ½ points and taken away too much value for me to make the Lakers a Best Bet. In fact, L.A. now has just a 54% chance of covering at -6 ½ points (55% at -6), which is still slightly profitable but not nearly good enough to make them a Best Bet. I would have laid 5 points or less with the Lakers in a 2-Star Best Bet, but I’ll just lean with L.A. at this inflated price.
HELLO GUYS...WISHING EVERYONE THE BEST AS ALWAYS TODAY!!!!

Free 2-unit NBA Freebie for March 17th:
Take Milwaukee/Chicago Under 194
The Under is 4-1 last 5 road games for the Bucks and 6-0 last 6 Bulls' home games. Both teams have the capabilities to shoot lights out but I don't see it here with the matchups. Look for a bog down in the 3rd period that gets us the Under as they hit 187.

5 Star Houston at Memphis UNDER 179 -- Memphis scored 111 points in their last game but let's not over-react to this number. The Grizzlies made 35 of those points from the free throw line and actually made more free throws than field goals! Memphis only shot 40.5% from the field and allowed 43% shooting, so there's no reason to believe that the Grizzlies are still not squarely focused on defense. In fact, their last game was the first in their history in which they shot worse than 41% from the field and scored over 110 points without an overtime session. Trend-wise, we'll note that the Grizzlies are 1-15 OU since after a win in which they were out-rebounded by their opponent and 1-11 OU when they got revenge in their last game AND 1-10 OU when on a 2+ game SU and ATS winning streak -- going under by an average of 10.4 points per game. As for the Rockets, they are getting points on the road after a home win and they are 0-7 OU THIS season as an away underdog off a home win -- going under by an average of 8.9 points per game. Also, the Rockets are 1-4 OU THIS season after an overtime ganme with the only OVER their last game vs the Raptors which was well under at the end of regulation but went over in OT. Finally, we have an absolutely amazing player-based trend that indicates the UNDER. In their previous match-up, the Rockets won 88-80 and Jason Williams scored only 9 points. Memphis is an unbelievelable 1-19 OU when seeking revenge for a loss in which Jason Williams scored fewer than ten points! We can see either team getting to 90 here. Take the UNDER!
