ANIMAL AND OTHERS HIS SITE GOT ATTACKED TODAY
SATURDAY NIGHT UPDATE.
Status of site: Probably not back up until Monday at the earliest. The site is under DDOS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) from a cyber terrorist. This is the Russian terrorist that has basically held every sportsbook internet site hostage in the past six months. This morning at about 9:40AM ET about 250-300 handicapping sites were hit including animalssportspicks.com. The DDOS attack works when a terrorist launches a worm on the internet that essentially disables a site(s). In my case they hit a central server that distributes information for my site and many others. The terrorist releases thousands of zombies which are planted on a site. Then with a stroke of a finger on his keyboard he can completely shutdown your site. Thousands of these zombies act in unison with millions of page requests until they flood the server and crash it. The terrorist then can basically demand any $$$ they want if you want to stay in business. They have done this countless times starting in Australia, Europe, Central American (all sportsbooks) and are now attacking handicapping sites in the same manner.
SOLUTION: Nothing solved yet but working on a variety of possibilities. Until the site is back, plays will be emailed in this format.
TONIGHT: I wouldn't invest heavily in my personal premium plays. Needless to say, this has been a huge distraction all afternoon. Use the consensus below if possible.
