    Savage:

Then you must have lost a bundle tonight on the Pistons because it must have been close to a lock if BOTH the Manager and Brian Mac said it would win considering the sparkling records they both have.

Another question: If they are so great, how come you don't subscribe to their service. If following their picks for a year would make a person money, how come you don't do it?

I can hardly wait to here who they have on their comp lines for tomorrow. Please let me know as soon as you find out. I am also looking for Chuck Luck if you can get him.

Actually I played Detroit as a one star only because so many cappers were on them-usually a bad sign.
I rarely call any paid service because as stated I fully believe ezwinners, Memphis and a few others are every bit as good as any cappers over time including Brian Mac;that is not to knock the few good paid cappers, nut why should I pay when I get the picks for nothing from those like EZ and Memphis as well as many times getting the big plays from the paid cappers who I regard as best.
I don't follow any paid cappe religiously, but as stated was wary of the Pistons simply because the preponderance of public and cappers were on them.
Also, I am a somewhat smaller player than many, and as stated before I do this for fun-betting, monitoring cappers, criticizing and chatting ( I have been involved with this stuff for about 30 years.
The stock market is where my real serious money goes, and this is strictly a diversion.
I will say this and this partially supports your argument-unless you are a really big bettor, I think there are very few services who can actually show a profit for you if cost of service is factored in. over along period of time.
That is beauty of this site-free picks from the free postors and free ones from the paid cappers;how can you go wrong?
The challenge comes in deciding who to use and who not to use.
I probably in all honesty spend too much time with this, but since I just recently retired (in my fifties), I have plenty of free time to do this and I love reading all the posts and good discussions like this one.
I have been wrong many times before, and when someone shows me I have erred, I will admit it.

In view of the controversy which has been brewing on another thread. which was just closed, I would like to keep this question open here for at least another day ot two.

Savage, another ploy these predators use. They word their 'advertisements' deceiving the public thinking they are 18-4. What they are truly selling is a 18-4 system that a particular play falls into.

Frank, while I agree with you basically about that, I don't think it applies to Brian Mac and his cohorts. Did you read the exchanges on the now closed thread bwteen me, dogpick and goldencontender?
