Roughriders keep underdogs red-hot in CFL action

Underdogs just keep cashing north of the border, with the Saskatchewan Roughriders the latest team to add to the trend.

Despite losing their seventh straight game to start the season, the Riders kept their game against the Toronto Argonauts close Saturday, losing 30-26 as 9-point dogs. That makes underdogs 3-0 against the spread in Week 7 and a dumbfounding 20-5-1 ATS for the season.

The final game of the week features the Winnipeg Blue Bombers visiting the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. The Bombers are currently 7.5-point road dogs.

Tiger-Cats still undefeated at Tim Horton's Field

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are now 9-0 at home since opening their brand new stadium, Tim Horton's Field, midway through last season, after thumping the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 38-8 Sunday night.

The Ti-Cats have outscored opponents 242-126 in those nine games, scoring 26.8 points per game in those contests.

Despite the success the Ti-Cats are just 5-4 against the spread in those games, but have covered the last four in a row there.

Hamilton will be at home once again in Week 8, when they host division rivals, the Toronto Argonauts. The line is currently off the board.
