My guess for NC's Bowl GOY is also Fla. State. Other choices:

3*Ohio State is +7 (he has them winning by 3)
3*Ark. -2 (has them winning by 12)
4*Wisc. +3 (has them winning by 7 but this is a 4* in PS)
