I'm personally in palm beach county very close to a VERY well known golf course, wink wink, can you guess which 1. yea that 1, my father actually lives there as well, not right on the course though, (he's never golfed a day in his life, but he lives there) it's like you say fla has hot spots you could get a great deal or you could get jerked, and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a middle down here.

You make a good point about the temps, i train MMA i cannot imagine rolling around brazilian jiu jitsu class with all kinds of layers and jackets on, can you even run at -37, seriously do your legs let you ? I did grow up up north and played a little hockey as chado knows, but not -37, more like 37. LOL

Anyway Chad gets views, he's happy. The -37 was a freak, I hope, you prolly know that, but won't see 37 above til late February/March. If you were playing hockey in 37 degree weather, must have been on street or real slow ice. I'm a MMA fan, met Brock a couple times in SD. Love the coverage VS does on it. I was lucky, we had a good high school team, and the coach knew there was always young kids playing in the streets at the games, the next year is when we had our first team and they let us use the indoor ice that the H.S team used. Grew up in n.y.

I played goalie when i did play, i guess the reflexes and reaction time have helped me a lot in MMA, not to mention focus and discipline like positioning.
