Tom Watson will not win but what a round by him--great to see.
Ben Curtis damn he can play on some of the toughest courses. Yep it is day one but he may have something to say before this is said and done.
Poulter what a disappointing round
Woods nothing fancy--missed some putts---didn't see his whole round but bits and pieces.
Tied for 10th place Calcavecchia-Omeara and Singh How many years of experience between these three---again good to see.
Long Dong Daly -2 AMAZED

I could go on and on but that is my thoughts--Some surprises some disappointments---can't wait for round two..yep it is GOLF--but I think it is as exciting as bases--and that is all we got right now.

Damnit, my best 2 guys right now are -2 (McDowell) and -1 (Harrington). The other 4 guys i bet on sucked the fucken fat one. I think i'm in trouble if i want a winner this weekend. I certainly thought more than 2 of my 6 would still be in contention after 1 day!

yes I think I am in trouble too...My best guys right now is Casey-2 Harrington -1 Cabrera -1 and Rose -1...Garcia at EVEN-- Poulter is done--Perry, Toms and Woods...Obviously Tiger out of that group could pull through--Perry I doubt it--Toms was my long shot...

I wouldn't quite panic yet.Saturday night you can panic but not yet.The U.S open takes the top 60 and anyone within 10 shots.The British Open takes top 70 and ties.Right now +1 would make the cut.After tomorrow if your guys can just make the cut anything can happen.I have seen many Saturday mornings be prime conditions and guys shoot 67 or 68 then the leaders play in some of the worst shit you have ever seen.By Sunday it could be anyones tournament.
