Oh for sure he might miss 8 or 10 game or even the whole year this year. But he will be back next year at the latest.. I think

He has a 2 year house arrest sentence. The Commish will not allow he back before that sentence is done.

Absolutely he will play and he should play this year. There was no "intent" to kil or murder someone, it was an accident. I certainly feel bad for the family of the victim and fully recognize Dante was stupid and at fault for getting behind the wheel over the limit, but he should and will play football again.

I would say he will play again, not sure when though. Was wondering if they keep him out for say 2 years and there is no word if he will be reinstated the third year, can he get sue the NFL. I know there is player conduct rules, but doesnt he have the right to work. He went through the courts and got a punishment, has been suspended already, I say at some point they have to let him go back. Just to make this clear im not condoning what he did at all, was just thinking legal processes

I think it would be ok for him to play again PROVIDED he served a minimum three year prison sentence first(four or five would probably be better).

I think after his sentence is through and community service complet, Commish will tack on a couple extra months away from the NFL, and then he will play again.

Seems like he could be sued by Cleveland for violating his contract.

But then couldnt all the teams in the NFL sue a player when they get suspended whether its player conduct, steroids, or whatever?
