I think Harang is on the downswing, Arroyo is done, Volquez is good, but not as good as he was last year, I think Cueto will struggle in that ball park, and Owens is average at best. I don't like their bullpen. I think their offense will really struggle, Votto and Bruce are solid, but Phillips as the cleanup hitter? The Reds have a losing mentality and Dusty Baker is terrible. Taveras is a bad leadoff hitter. Their lineup doesn't compare to the Cubs, Brewers and Cardinals, or even the Astros for that matter.

As for the Cardinals, they have a winning mentality, they're always better than they should be. Carp has looked great so far this spring, Pujols is actually healthy, like Motte as the closer, and Greene gives them more pop at ss. I think they'll be better than .500 in that division, especially since I think the Astros and Pirates will be be bad, along with the Reds, and the Brewers won't win 90 again.

ok, i didn't like Motte as a closer before and i definately don't like him now. Closer could be a big problem for the Cards. I know it is only 1 day but confidence has to be down on him right now.

St Louis has to win like 13 games in the next 40-41 games...
Reds have to go 29-12 for you to lose.

                  Great job BW!

You can spend that money already, the Reds still have Dusty Baker as their manager.

Harang is now out for the year...I am sure it doesn't matter since his record is 6-14. He is being replaced by Kip Wells who is 0-3.

That team is a mess, they mailed it in a long time ago.
