A-Rod admits, regrets use of PEDs

Only his name is being released??? What about the other 103 alleged users??..... The question now is no longer who did steroids, but who didn't..... I'm sure the problem is much more widespread than we think.

Those running MLB didn't even care .... As long as they were making money from the tickets being sold .... they looked away and ignored it....


I will admit ... back with Sammy and BigMac I went to 2 dozen games each year... never missed one with the Cards ... i will remember those years forever ... awesome ...

I think the "Juiced Ball" had ALOT to do with some of those skewed numbers too. The players played a big role but i think MLB added a little to it too!

What I don't understand is, everybody knew this, the owners knew it, the commissioner knew, we all knew it, so why is such a big deal 10 years later? They all got rich, we got see some baseball played at a super human level, now we know how bad steriods are for your body and they're banned. That was the steroid era, it was fun, I loved it, and I still love baseball just the same. I don't care if this douchebag commissioner that makes $20 million a year to basically do worse than what a monkey would do, acts like he's shocked at what happened to his beloved game. Fuck him. I'm shocked he's getting paid more than $20 million pesos to do a shit job.

I'm OK with his admission of guilt.....Everyone crucified McGwire for not coming clean and not saying anything when he was questioned by Congress. Well, A-Rod comes out and says "I did it and I apologize." And now we want to crucify him too for coming out and saying he did it. Can't have it both ways. Apology accepted and let's move on.....

There is a bigger question in all of this. Forget that he did steroids..... forget he apologized... Let me ask you this, Why was his face Orange? Was he laying under the lazar 3 for too long?

It's okay that he told the truth NOW?? Why not tell the truth when he was asked point blank in '07? We should applaud him for being truthful now, but not be upset he lied to our faces in '07?? It was something he couldn't be punished for PERIOD. So why not tell the truth in '07, if he's such a truthful guy. Screw A-Rod. He told the truth AFTER he got caught, and I think everyone needs to remember that.

Technically Bonds has never been caught, so if they finally do find a positive test with Bonds' name on it, and then he admits to it like A-Rod did yesterday, does that make it OK too??
