Bases are up in the air as of now.

I'm now involved with a few real estate projects and they're keeping me real busy ... plus ... I need time for golf.

But let's see how the next few months pan out ... I'll try my best.

And if it's a go , I'll talk at length with our friend Kaptain Karl before getting started.


If I commit , I want to make sure I can give it my all ... it's always all or nothing with me.

I really like helping people make money.
