2 reasons....Philly really needed a big win @ Washington, after the McNabb ordeal and lost 13-10. This was not a good Washington team. 2nd....They couldn't beat the Bungals in Cinn.

Three of those other wins was with Ferotte, who isn't starting today. They are a different team with Tavarius because without any deep threat, the defense with be blitzing a lot.
