Just wondering if I can get some advice on some games tonight.

"to get back on track" Tells me you are maybe buried and looking for a bailout well there is no such thing as a lock. The only lock is betting that after drinking a case of beer that you will have to take a piss within 2 or 3 hours

bounce back juice. And it's twice as satisfying when you win a game you capped without anyone's help. I would pick some favorite cappers as Kaptain said. Make your own picks first, and then take a look and see if "your guys" agree with you. That's just what works for me. Best of Luck tomorrow.
