  • LIVE one for Sunday!

    250 New Orleans -3

I don't wanna hype but please read on and you will see why this is my biggest play of the year.

I don't post plays at all but I watch the site daily and I put my most hours in on the NFL. I try to learn a thing or two from the boss boy's on here and think I have a decent idea in the Pros.

IMO, this is as big a game as the saints have had all year - they are 6-6, with games left this week home vs atlanta, @ chicago, @detroit, vs carolina. They are still alive in the playoff hunt and the best way to start is to make up a game on a team 2 games ahead of them.

They are at home where NFC south teams are 8-0 this year within the division winning by an average of 17 points!!

Atlanta is 0-2 this year ATS, and 0-6 the last 3 years (I know it is a completely different Atlanta team and have accounted for that) after two consecutive wins and I can guarantee you they were riding extra high this week after that win in San Diego, it is a tough spot for these guys in the division against Sean Payton and Drew Brees who are 5-1 at home this year.

The suspensions help us here I think because it backs some money off New Orleans and probably sucks in a lot of 7 point teasers (not saying it wont cover but I think there is a good chance). Pierre Thomas is an upgrade from Deuce in the backfield IMO. They have been without Charles Grant for a while and the loss of Will Smith will hurt a little bit definitely.

However, for a team that outscores opponents 33.5-19.8 points at home and outgains opponents 427-300 I like my chances.

I have said way too much as it is and I have more on the game that makes me love it but I'll stop here and ask this question, is it a trap? I respect a lot of peoples opinions and understand there are differnet capping styles but the money on this game is not one sided so I'm not seeing it if there is. One of the sites I checked had a heavy side and ML advantage to Atlanta. Another one was dead even.

I am sticking to my guns on this one and will make my biggest play of the season barring any changes that I will post - I have gotten burned on these big plays before and I'm sure some of you remember that, Atlanta has also hurt me this year but I think I have this team figured out now.

Too damn lengthy but what do you guys think?

IF it is a trap, I dont think it is a trap against the saints as i expect a lot of money to be on the Falcons.

Personally, I like this pick a lot, and I expect it to be at least a 10 unit play for myself.

    Good luck man!

Like where your head is at...The -3 is basically saying this game is a pick at a neutral site (3 points are usually the value of home field when it comes to spreads)...N.O. is playing solid ball, as is ATL, but beating the Chargers doesn't sell me on ATL.

N.O. had plenty of shots to win @ TB which is IMO the toughest place to win in the league, Brees played like crap which gives me more incentive to back him this week at home in a bounce back situation.

Both teams are playing for their playoff lives, but all along I've said ATL will fade late and not get in the playoffs and this game should be the first one they demonstrate that.

If N.O. can slow the run and get a couple of stops N.O. will win, I'll take my chances w Brees at home any day..

Just curious if you know the status of Bush and Shockey...mainly Bush...

Like the play and I'll be on it with you...Good Luck to us
      Great Day To Win

Love these games, I would guess if we could get a stat for home favs within the division at -3 after week 8 it would be 65% plus.

        What an MVP should do.

I think that Atlanta feels a little comfortable right now as well, nobody including themselves expected this record at this point

Just curious if you know the status of Bush and Shockey...mainly Bush...

According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, fullback Mike Karney and tailback Reggie Bush both fully participated in Wednesday's practice, a good sign for the team's running game this week. "Like today I felt great. This is the best I've felt since I've been back. I feel like I'll have a much, much better game in this game coming up, and I'll look to play an actual full game this time."

Last tidbit, kind of good and bad here but I'm just taking the good even though I fuly expect Turner to have 75 yards.

From ESPN intel: Deuce McAllister may be suspended, but that gives Pierre Thomas more touches which helps the Saints win by an average of 3 points. Thomas is averaging over 5 ypc and when he has at least 50 rushing yards and Drew Brees throws no more than 1 interception the Saints increase their winning percentage from 60 percent to 79 percent. If Michael Turner also rushes for at least 75 yards the Falcons become the heavy favorite winning 75 percent of these simulations by an average of 9 points.

            Adding plays

I want to add a couple more plays for Sunday now, I honestly feel like I have a good feel for this week so I'm going to go ahead and post them. I will post all my plays in one at the end of the week.

            7 Point teaser

            NO over 43.5/chicago pk

            NO +4/Phi +14.5

Will add late plays soon. Good luck to everyone this week and lets remember that this time of the year especially the playoffs we need all the ammo we can get!

                        Thanks guys...

Adding my last play for the early games, following a pretty basic belief that superior home teams that need to win versus inferior road teams that don't need to win.

The numbers I'm showing show a high consensus on the sides vs the spread for both Green Bay and Chicago, two teams that REALLY need to win. However the interesting thing with these games is that the ML wagering that I am seeing is on both Houston and Jacksonville. Now of course anything can happen on any given sunday but I'm gonna take my chances with two teams that are desperate for wins playing at home in cold weather games against two warm weather teams. I'm pretty much anticipating at least 1 of these games ending with a win and not a cover.

                        7 point teaser:

                        Green Bay +1/Chicago PK

                        Final Early card for sunday:

                        250 New Orleans -3 20x

                        7 point teasers

                        NO over 43.5/chicago pk 10x

                        Green Bay +1/chicago pk 10x

                        NO +4/Phi +14.5 5x

1x would be action plays, 5x are strong plays, 10x are very strong plays, 20x rare and more than likely never more than one a week.

GL to everyone I really hope we can get some momentum going here.

Thanks for all the support guys and lets stick it to the man
