if the offense even showed up in any of the games (other than today) vs Oakland/NYY this team would already be in the WS...other than Burkett today...i believe they have gotten a quality start in EVERY postseason game....yet they lost 2 to oakland and 3 thus far to the yankees...something remarkable when you consider that lineup and what people expected from it coming into the postseason.......

Anyone notice the Baseball ratings have doubled over last year and are the best in 8-10 years? I truly believe the Sox and Cubs have ALOT to do with that and you throw in the Yanks...against Boston :eek: This has been GREAT for Baseball and i will be very curious to see what the ratings for a game 7 would be with Pedro and Roger :eek: I also think Baseball is praying for a Cubs-Sox Series and i think it would be one of the most watched of All-Time.... Devotion of fans, Prior,Wood,Pedro,Sosa,Manny,Wrigley,Fenway .... OH MY GOD PLEASE LET IT HAPPEN! :D

I hate to admit it but i was one of the ones in the first half of the season begging them to trade Nixon for more pitching figuring Millar would be just as good in right. I regret ever thinking that way after watching him in the last couple months.
