Haven't won the series since 1908 and they weren't in the 1984 series (san diego got beat by the Tigers)

Again....lets focus on the facts here.

Cubs have 17 games left and are 5 games up in the loss column to Milwaukee and 9 games up on the loss column to Houston for the wild card. Just assume for a minute the cubs go 5-12 their last 17. That still means Houston has to go 13-3 to even tie us for the wild card spot. Very unlikely that either team with do just that.

Milwaukee has a 4 game set vs Philly this weekend and the Cubs go to Houston depending on Hurricane Ike. A LOT will be determined after this weekend. Then you can talk to me about having the choke on.
