      Dodgers: Chad Billingsley has been very consistent over his last 10 starts, only losing twice and allowing more than three runs once over that span. Billingsley is only 4-5 on the road this season, yet his ERA is a sparkling 2.91 in 12 starts away from home. Billingsley has faced the Phillies twice in his career, going 1-0 with a 3.75 ERA. The UNDER is 5-2 in Billingsley's last seven starts.
