I looked at each question seperate. To me the Saints fit question 1 and question 2.
You're not getting it by answering saints in question #1 you have no doubt they will make the playoffs...if you answered them in question #2 then you have doubts that they might be 6-10 and have a bad season, so then u do have doubts making them a bad choice for question #1
1. Panthers-I think Delhomme plays at least 14 games and their D and running game gets them enough wins for playoffs
2. TEXANS (homer pick)-Health is the biggest question mark with our QB (shaub) RBs (green & brown) and our DBs have a few question marks with Dunta Robinson being hurt...but overall the defense has gotten a lot better, look for SUPER MARIO to bust out this year with at least 16 sacks

Here is the question. 1) Name one team that will make the Playoffs in '08 that DID NOT in '07.
Nowhere does it say no doubt. I think the Saints will make the playoffs this year. They didnt make it last year.
As for question 2. I also think the Saints are unpredictable. They could go 6-10 or 10-6 easily. Depending on if their defense can stop anybody.
How hard is this? Frank understands. I think the Saints will make the playoffs. That answers #1.
As for the seperate question. Even though I think the Saints will make the playoffs its no gaurantee. They are also capable of going 6-10.
Why is this so hard to understand?
Well duh. Every team is capable of going (6-10) if they have a key injury or two. If you pick them as your ONE choice that WILL make the playoffs, you can't think they could also go (6-10). Assuming all teams stay healthy ... maybe i should have said that? Would it have helped?
Last year in threads similiar to this, i chose T.B. to win their division and make the Playoffs after doing neither in '06. At least 1 team does that every year (Makes the playoffs after missing in previous year). I also chose the NYG as a team that could easily go (6-10) or (10-6). Some don't think a 4 game swing in wins is a big deal but it is 25% of their schedule and it would be equal to 20 games in a NBA or NHL season or 40 games in MLB. (10-6) or (6-10) can be a great season or a horrible one.
My 2 Questions are this .......
1) Name one team that will make the Playoffs in '08 that DID NOT in '07.
2) Name One Team that could very easily go (6-10) or (10-6). Sort of like that one mystery team you are not sure about.
PLEASE only give 1 Team for each answer. Giving Two, Three or Four answers for each question doesn't narrow it down enough. Pick just one!
Healthy and #16 schedule. Did you realize that they were the only team to rank in the top 10 in defense and offense while facing the toughest schedule in the NFL, that didn't make the playoffs last year?
