I'm from MN. I think the Vikes fit into both categories. They are likely to make the playoffs as long as Jackson doesnt blow up. But they could easily go 6-10 if he does. If they do get to the playoffs I think their defense could get them into a NFC championship game.
Today there were a couple guys on the radio talking about Jackson and how it was unfair that so many people are talking about how he'll never be an elite quarterback. But the Vikes arent built that they need a P. Manning or T. Brady. They only need a Jeff Garcia...better than average.
