I found the entire ceremony with all of the old and retired players quite moving, and was sad to see George far from the vibrant person I am used to seeing.

Tough call-I LOVED him as a Red Sox but of course rooted against him once he donned the Pinstripes and played against the Sox.
I think though thinking about it more,that it would have been nice to see him wearing a Sox hat-he had a great career for Sox and he was one of my favorite players.
