Yes similar but everyone thinks wade is still at his best or in his prime. No my friend. age ain't nothin but a number and anyone who has followed his career from college will know what i mean. (Wade has always played wreckless just like allen iverson, going to the hoop and getting hit EVERY time, the unfortunate part is he plays on almost every injury he has ever had. That is one beat up body.

Greek I'm telling you wade is beat up. To tell you the truth Mayo is more of a point guard anyway in the aspect that he can definitely bring the ball up, he's tall and big so he can see the floor and muscle past someone if he has to, he has the vision, (he does) and we all know he can score.

If he played point he kind of reminds me of billups with the combination of size, vision, scoring, and defense. IMO he's a better 1 than a 2 guard

TRUE ... AND WADE WONT CHANGE HIS GAME -- HE WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVE THE LANE AND GIVE UP HIS BODY( NOT LIKE THAT PUSSY KOBE THAT HAS BECOME A 3 POINT SHOOTER)

Nothing to do with the draft....but heard that the Lakers may drade Odom for Marion, with some other players and considerations involved.

I think Beasley is a little over-rated. No D and a little shorter than everyone thought. The NBA transition from college gets tricky, a lot tweeners don't make it. Rose is a superstar point guard, they won't make the mistake the Hawks made when they drafted Marvin Williams (who is 6-9 btw) over Chris Paul and Deron Williams. Mayo really isn't a pointguard in my opinion but I like him as a future star. I think Bayless has more potential than Westbrook. I think Augustine is too small for the NBA. Just a few of my thoughts

I don't know what they are going to do but don't be surprised when miami passes on him.

BW. I know me and you both have a prop on rose going #1, but it's not final yet. Don't break out the jinx big

No way they don't take local boy Rose, they would be fools, it would come back to haunt them. No matter how good Beasley turns out to be.

I'm hardly a college expert but I'd take Mayo before Beasley just as history has proven that three years ago Deron Williams and Chris Paul should have been taken before Bogut and Marvin "Bust" Williams.

My sleeper of the draft is Alexander from West Virginia. The guy had the second best strength (bench presses) AND sprint speed at the combine. He can't shoot...but that may change.

He'd be a great pick for a team like Milwaukee which is loaded with shooters but short on tough guys who will play defense. I wouldn't be shocked if Milwaukee moves up a couple of notches to fifth or sixth to make sure to get him.

If Miami takes Mayo and trades three or four nobodies for Bynum (available, evidently), they'll be the Celtics of next year.

I agree I think Mayo is the better pick, I think Miami has it right. I actually don't think they'll trade the pick, I think Mayo is a great pick to go with Marion and Wade. Minnesota will get Beasley. The Raptors ripped off the Pacers. O'Neal for Ford? Ford is weak.

I don't see any way that Miami passes on Beasley.

I think they need alot more than that to do what Boston did. Pierce, KG and Ray Allen are far beyond what Wade his with him in Bynum and Mayo at this point of their career.

Why am i still not sold on Toronto? Bosh and O'Neal are nice but i'm not sure if O'Neal can stay healthy or if the Guard play will be good enough. Plus, they are the Raptors!!!

                          'NUFF SAID?!?!

Hell no I'm not crowning the Raptors! O'Neal is good for about 50 games max. Maybe they make the playoffs next year, but in the top heavy east, that's not much of an accomplishment. They still have a long way to go imo.
