the bigger question is, why arent officials ever held accountable for their errors? IMO a fine if not a suspension should be in order. Blowing that kind of call is in excusable.
In their defense they admitted today they blew the call. However, they're not held accountable. When asked by the media they should be required to do a post game conference. Just like the players are required. Instead they're allowed to 'hide' after games and not answer questions.
