kg is very soft IMO. all the screaming, yelling, and scowling is great in the reg season and in the 1H of games. lets let the play do the talking when it is on the line in the 2H of playoff games. lacks the killer instinct and mentality. to think of him as the mvp, or to put him in the same sentence of the all-time celtics (as people already have around here) is laughable.

no reason not to DOMINATE when side-show bob is guarding you, especially when your team needs you to take over a crucial playoff game. kg doesn't seem to feel the same way.

just watch kobe any 4Q, and then watch KG. the mvp is in the right hands.

i agree but kg does play good defense.Kg is for sure the mvp of this team but he does not have the will to take over a 4th quarter or overtime period

What came first? The chicken or the egg? Is Rondo playing selfishly or is he forced to take more shots because Allen and Pierce are struggling?

I agree! On Lebron's dunk in a crucial point of the game KG should have knocked James on his ass. You have to defend hard in that spot. Especially with only 1 foul.

The 1 foul is the thing that bothers me the most I think. You are a PF in the NBA, you use up a minimum 3 fouls each game at least! With the way Lebron shoots FT's especially.

The PG's are not playing well...but why is it a surprise to you that Rondo is having problems? You could see this coming in November and a number of posters here said they could not win a title because of the PG position!

And to let KG off the hook because his point guard isn't getting him the ball??? Please.... His is a superstar...he should DEMAND the ball and he should have DOMINATED the Hawks series and didn't. He gave the ball up on the low post in crunch time in a couple of the close games in Atlanta. DEMAND the ball...rip your PG a new one if you aren't getting the ball! If Barkley had these issues, do you think he wouldn't say something if what you are saying is true? IMO, that's a cop out.

I agree 1000% You're a PF and you have 1 foul???? IMO that stat says lots.

KG needs to come out & attack the basket instead of settling for 20 footers. He needs to take 25-30 shots this game & establish his presence or they will be saying "what if" in a few days.

Cock Rivers is feeling the heat. He's not playing in the game, but for him to let this team fail miserbly on the road like they have seperates the great coaches from good regular season coaches.

Rondo? Better get this kid some milk & get him back to elementary school. What is he, 12?? Can't make open jumpers will only add to the pressure he's feeling. Not the type of PG you need at this time. Doesnt put fear in any team when he is handling the ball
