The thing is Jerry it used to happen a lot back in the day before my time but the league over the past decade has really cracked down on it and therefore it doesnt happen as much as their is a complete NO TOLERANCE for knee on knee contact anymore in this day in age. Automatic penalty everytime just like Pain said.
